Hello!
I am a 23 year old student (and former waldorf student)
from Berlin, Germany, studying Social Work. Within my
studies i have to attend an internship/placement (for
about 4- 5 months), which i would love to do in
Australia. I've been there once and i've always wanted
to come back, not only for holidays. I have worked with
children and families as an "In- home support" for a few
years in addition to school and study, and i would like
to deepen my experiences and knowledge and improve my
english as well!
I would like to do my internship at or via a waldorf
school etc. But it looks really hard, to find something.
So i would be very thankful for any tip. Any ideas or
contacts could help!
If an internship does not work out, i would also be
happy to work as a short-term au-pair. I would love to
combine travelling with working, meet different people
and make new experiences.
If you are interested in hosting me etc., please contact
me.
I hope to hear from you!
Thank you,
Alexa Rau |

Dear Waldorf family, we have five children aged 4, 11,
16, 18, and 21. The older would like to find an
exchange partner. We parents also are looking for new
perspectives and encouraging experiences. My wife is a
physician that has worked as a mother for 21 years. I
have worked as a Waldorf teacher for over 12 years. We
both would like to make ourselves useful in a setting
where we could earn food and lodging. In exchange we can
offer the 160m² flat behind the Eisenach theatre in
Germany's geographic centre.

Eisenach, Tel.

We are open to various options:
a) all our family travels to Australia it it is
possible to work for a living as a teacher.
b) only Fridolin (*Oct. 1, 1991) or Simon (Jan1,
1989) go Down Under.
c) I alone spend some weeks or months helping out
somewhere and refreshing my English while getting to
know a new Continent.
I plan to attend the World Teacher Conference in
Dornach the week after Easter.

Hello,
Camille, our daughter is 16 years old and would like to
make an exchange with a girl who wants to learn French
in our family.
Camille
will be in the 11th grade in September 2006. She is on
the Geneva Rudolf Steiner school (Switzerland) and we
live on the French boarder (15 miles from the school).
Camille spent 2 months in an US Waldorf school during
January and February 2006. She wants to improve again
her English.
She is
very exited to discover another country and culture.
Camille is a very quiet and serious girl. She is very
keen on horse riding, plays sometimes basket ball; she
also plays concert flute.
You can
send me an email , with copy to Kathrin Grewe who is in
charge of linguistic exchanges on Geneva Waldorf school.
Very
kind regards,
